So today was a sad day, the last time I take my E30 M3 to the track. It was a perfect day to end my love affair with what I'm sure will be a regretable decision later on.
But love affairs were not designed to last. But if you ever get a chance to drive one around a track then you know what i am talking about. If you never take your M3 on the track then you are denying the car the purpose for which it was built.
In my run group my car was by far the oldest. But I am proud to say the M3 was never passed today but did take down some newer cars with way more HP. Who new a 17 year old bimmer would whip a G35 coupe, a WRX and Type R.
Why does Bmw not just bring back the E30 in an updated version, the car kicks ass, no question.
