Hey all,

Can any of you recommend a good vinyl/dashboard protectant? I'm looking for a nice, matte, factory-looking finish. I just paid $25 for Vinylex and it left my dash just as glossy and greasy as cheap-o Armour All.

Thanks!

I use Mother's leather conditioner on all my vinyl, including the dash, and it works well.

Definitely 303 Aerospace Protectant
It's the most matte of any of the protectants, and can be used on just about anything.

Sounds perfect. Where in Vancouver can I buy it?

You could try Zellars, I saw it on their shelves last year :).

Yup, 303 it is around here as well. I've used it for a few years now, and I'm always happy with it. Most of my vinyl suppliers recommend it for their products. One thing I'm going to try next time is Wurth interior stuff, just to see if I like it.

303 can be found at Lordco or Mopac, and lately I've seen it at the larger Crappy Tires.
