View Full Version : URGENT! - Need an ABS wheel sensor for my E30

If anyone has a spare ABS wheel sensor, I'll buy it from them asap. My rear passenger side sensor is flakey, and the ABS is kicking in at low speed braking.

I don't have one for you, you're best bet is to order a new one. But if you don't want it kicking in, just disconnect on of them (the easiest it a front sensor) and it will turn the entire system off - just remember that you don't have ABS, and it's easy sailing until you get your new sensor.

I called Pacific BMW - they wanted $247.00 for one wheel sensor. I pulled the old one out, and found a decent cut through the wiring. After re-soldering the wire, the resistance did not move out out spec. so all is good.
