why the hell is it so big???? how to i get shrink the pic so it doesnt have crappy resolution???? :confused:

You need to edit the picture in a program like photoshop. If you have PS then go to Image --> Image Size... and change the settings. If you do that the resolution will stay the same, just the size of the image will change. I usually post pics at 700 pixels wide.
