1st annual international exotic car show in hawaii

went down to the show on saturday.... It's a pretty big deal for Hawaii, as I have never seen so many exotic cars in one place. There was about 20 ferraris (including F40 and F50), and 6 lambos, as well as various others. Unfortunately there were no automobiles representing the weiss mit blau. Favorite car of the show... lotus elise, hands down. should be arriving in america for the first time in the next few months .... 190 hp toyota celica gts engine in a car less coming in around 2000 pounds!!! i have new motivation to do well in school this semester... anyone here drive one????

Did you get any pictures? I can't imagine there are that many places to drive a F50 in Hawaii are there?

the F40 and F50 were brought in from a museum in california. I dont have any confirmation wether there are other models like that here on island. A red ferrrari enzo was purchased and driven here for a few months, but word has it its now on the mainland. i took some pictures of the show

mike, hope u had a good time in hawaii and were able to check out the north shore... :woohoo: when yer there its like a whole different island....... if anyone else comes down to hawaii send me a post and at the least i can tell you some nice places to check out, scenery wise, party wise, and food wise :wave:

yeah the north shore is awesome, huge surf... I got smoked pretty good a few times and was blowing shells and sand out of the nose for an hour ;)

Is it me or is it that every single other car show in the entire world beats the Vancouver Auto Show hands down. I mean if I wanted to go see tlow end cars, I'd go to the Richmond Auto Mall. Wonder why we never get any concept cars or at least higher end cars.

glad you like the pics..... this was a first for hawaii.... usually it is just the annual car show with the "regular cars," and maybe a diablo, a 360, and a 550 or 575. except for the 2 uber exotics, i didnt know that may ferraris or lambos existed on this island..... who woulda thought.... now... being that im 21.... how do i go about convincing a salesman to let me drive 1.... ;)

If I ever win the lottery, I'm going to the ferrari dealership in sweats, snadals and a wife beater and buying a 360 Stradale with crush up bills in a paper bag.
