Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I figure someone might know someone looking for work!

I'm looking to hire some help in my shop. I'm a little short staffed right now, and could really use someone RELIABLE, and hopefully knowledgeable with BMW's. We specialise in the older models from 2002 to E30, E28, E24, etc, with a few E36's thrown in for good measure. Evening work is ok, as I'm always here late anyway. I've got 2 hoists, and a full compliment of tools and equipment. I'd like someone who could handle a simple tuneup, to a head gasket, suspension overhaul, and even assist me with engines, clutches, etc.

Wage is dependant on experience. I'm an easy guy to work for, I just ask that you show up, when you say you will show up! One might think that's an easy thing to find, but it isn't.

Current projects in the shop:

Full resto - 75 2002
Full resto - 72 2002tii
Full resto - 2800cs
Full resto - 81 323i
Head gasket - 86 M535i
Complete driveline swap - 83 320i
Aircare inspection - 73 2002

We also do a little bit of domestic work, but BMW is the bread and butter. It's a fun shop, good atmosphere, and clean by auto shop standards. I'm working mostly alone, since losing my 2 part time helpers to school this semester(you know who you are, you dirt bastards! ;-). If you know anyone who might work, please let me know.

Thanks,

Al

ps - Shop is in Surrey.

Is this full time work? or just some part time work here and there?

If your just looking for some work here and there I might be interested.

Work here and there, basically. Right now, I have weeks where I'm SLAMMED(like now), and other weeks I can handle it all myself.

I would have jumped on this offer... 15 years ago. ;)

Hey Al.

Too bad you are at the other end of the Canadian wolrd. Otherwise it would have been my pleasure giving you a hand on anything from 2002s, e12, e21, e24, e28 and e30s (I owned all of them and wrenched on everyone of them). I have done restos and engines too. But hey, Surrey is a long morning commute from Montreal...
