My e21 has a front Kamei spoiler that is pretty trashed up. I want to build a mold for it and redo it in fiberglass. Anyone know where I can get cheap materials in Vancouver?

Here's my plan:
I was thinking of building a box, putting the front valence in. I'd cover it with tinfoil or something to protect it and then spray the whole thing with Goo Stuff Expanding Foam. That would be my mold. Once dry I'd remove the valence and then bondo the Goo Stuff mold. From that I can lay the fiberglass. Sound good? First time working with fiberglass, any tips would help.

I think lordco has everything you need.

Try Fiber-Tek on Boundary. Probably not the cheapest, but knowledgable people.
