Hi, I'm new at this forum and I like it very much, especially the bimmers exhibited by their members. I live in Buenos Aires and I'm a board member of the BMW Club in Argentina (http://www.clubbmwargentina.com.ar) and owner since 1996 of a 635 '86. I bought it with only 17k miles!! Now it has 68k and is obviously cared and maintained as new as possible. I frequently participate in autocross and endurance events, as well as car meetings. Here are some pics of my six, if you want to see more go here (http://www.bigcoupe.com/cars/othersixes/pastfeatured/alejandro/alejandro.html). If you like the six series, I highly recommend The Big Coupe Site (http://www.bigcoupe.com)
Best regards, Alejandro.

welcome aboard! That is a fantastic looking car. It's great that you can enjoy the car on the the track and still have it look like a million bucks!

Nice looking ride. Pic #3 is the Definition of 'the Shark'. Makes me miss the 633csi my brother sold.

Amateur racing with her has not been an easy decision, but if you have one of "the ultimate driving machines" and you enjoy driving at the limit as I do, sooner or later you finish visiting the tracks. I go to events one a month, and since I started doing it I significantly reduced my appetite for speeding on public roads (just reduced... :agree: )
Next step you are tempted is of upgrading brakes-suspension-engine. I've decided that I'll keep her original, with original performance, so I won't deteriorate my every day driving comfort. These German guys already did a pretty good job.
Glad you kike the shark. Chreers

Very nice car, I particularly like the shot where you are lifting the rear inside wheel.

Actually, the rear inside wheel is not lifted, it's over the curb (which was pretty high).
Here are some more pics from other laps.
