Doug, have you seen the replica kit that some guy makes out in Ontario? Supposedly his recent kits fit pretty nicely. He is in Canada, so shipping by Greyhound shouldn't be that much, and there would be no duty.

you do not want a fiberglass kit. Regarless of how cool it may look, they're crap. Stick with the hunt for a real M-tech kit.

DON'T buy a replica, they're garbage. Even the REAL Mtech II kits don't fit all that great so stay away from fiberglass replica's. 900 is a a lot of money but they usually go for around 1000-1200 U$ so expect it to end around there. Shipping won't be too nasty probably around 200-300 MAX. It's worth it if you love those kits, personally I don't think you need it since you already have a clean sideskirt. I'd save your money and put it towards body/paint, or 5spd swap, lsd etc...
