Exhaust Heat Shield

This summer I'm gonna be cleaning up my engine bay, doing various bead-blasting and stuff. Anyone every changed the exhaust heat shield. Mine is ugly and I want to replace it. Easy to do?

easier then changing oil. its like 3 bolts and the lower half drops off however if youw anna do the top your gona have to pull the exhaust out. i just removed my heat shield...
