i have another problem, when i push my front right car down, it would produce clicking sound (each push 1 click)

i was tracking down the problem and i found that it wasnt the shocks nor brakes

is it possible the click sound was from the arm? arm joint possibly?
or the sway bar links?

any of you have this kind of problem ? and is it dangerous to leave it ?

is it like a creeking kinda? i have it some times sounds like somthing slips a bit or somthing. could be a loose caliper? and when you hit the brakes it pushes the caliper back? im not really sure...

no no, not the caliper, i asked someone to push the car repeately while iam down there checking the click click click.
and its not from the brake and shocks
the strongest feeling are from the arm and sway and tie rod, i cant determine from which joint its clicking since all the vibration feel kinda the same

hmm there is 2 bolts holding the control arm on the frame for the bushing check if those are tight, i think mine is my seat sliding a bit cause i forgot to put 2 washers in. it also oo i think i know check the link between the sway bar and the controll arm theres a little double link bushing it may be loose and hitting somthing. other then that i duno without taking a look at it.

it depends on what is making the noise, it could be a bad thing it could be nothing at all if your not sure then i suggest you take it to a shop and get them to take a quick look at it, get it estimated so they tell you whats wrong but you dont have to pay.

i ve another problem.
i just lowered my car. and everytime my front right wheel hit a pothole, it clunk really loud. not for my left wheel
check everything that i took off and tighten them up, strut mount tight, control arm to shock tight, tie rod tight, caliper tight, etc etc, sway bar link to arm tight.

btw i put grease on my sway bar bushing (the frame one). can that causing clunking?

im scared when i drive it and it clunk

how loud is the clunking, could be a worn shock mount. they make a clunking noise when they have packed in, the y arn't too expensive either so it might be worth it to replace that, the grease wouldn't cause a clunking, there isn't supposed to be grease there tho... anyways good luck, also another thing could be the sway bar link is a little off center where its mounted, and its hitting the sway bar when you go over a bump, i had that problem when i did my front suspension, but unless you have tampered with it it should be perfect.

actualy sorry the rears you can get for 30$ the fronts are like 70$ i think. i got lots of stuff off of ebay, it was fairly inexpensive, but you aslo dont have much selection as to the parts you get, just OEM. if you want to go aftermarket check Tunerworks http://www.turnermotorsport.com/html/subcategory_detail.asp?modelcode=E30&subcat_id=96

OR the IE website

also check bowow auto parts, they might be cheaper then lordco.
